Project Supervisors are an integral part of successful projects. Combine your knowledge of construction with excellent communication skills to directly influence customer satisfaction. Lead team members will manage resources to help ensure projects run efficiently, and overall positively affecting the customer experience.
Required Skills: Positive attitude, listening, excellent communication, planning and time management, organization, eye for detail, problem solving, leadership, customer experience management.
Required Experience: Working knowledge of multiple trades; carpentry, cabinetry installation, tiling, flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, framing, equipment operation, blueprint reading. Leading and managing small groups, reporting and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities: Maintain customer experience, direct subcontractors and team members, train and mentor team members and subordinates, communicate with project managers, quality control, and daily/periodic reporting. Complete the following tasks; carpentry, drywall, framing, siding, landscaping, flooring, other duties as assigned.
