Job Description

Laborers are directly responsible for all production on jobsites. This includes a wide variety of rough and finish carpentry. Laborers work with and train under Lead Carpenters to complete projects while gaining skills. A creative spirit and pride in craftsmanship makes the Laborer a successful member of the Client Services Team.

  • Broad knowledge of tools and equipment

  • Finish carpentry

  • Flooring

  • Tiling

  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, concrete, etc.

Required Experience:

  • Teamwork, organization, basic safety knowledge

Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Maintain cleanliness of site

  • Communicate effectively and positively with crew, subcontractors, and clients 

  • Be courteous and mindful of the client’s property 

  • Load and unload materials and equipment 

  • Assist Lead Carpenters and Sub-contractors as needed 

  • Perform variety of rough and finish carpentry as project requires

    • Doors/windows

    • Siding

    • Drywall

    • Painting

    • Cabinetry

    • Millwork

    • Tiling

    • Flooring
