Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the general upkeep of company facilities and equipment. You will use your critical thinking and mechanical skills to troubleshoot problems and perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. This may include working within a warehouse, office space, rental unit, or outdoors. In keeping these company facilities and equipment safe and functional, you will have a direct impact on team member and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:
General carpentry knowledge
Basic hand and power tool use

Responsibilities:
Act as an example of Company Goals and Mission
Oversee preventative measures to reduce future risk
Handle confidential records and information
Collaborate with the Facility and Property Managers
Ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly
Duties:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance within company facilities
Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues
Diagnose and correct mechanical issues
Address facility repairs and safety hazards in a timely manner
Maintain tools and equipment in working order
Accurate documentation and record keeping
Operate machinery and equipment
Perform general cleaning
