Job Description
The Remodeling Specialist is pivotal in the completion of residential remodeling projects. You will work with lead carpenters to transform spaces while creating a great experience for clients. This includes performing a variety of carpentry tasks from demolition to finish carpentry. A supportive attitude and passion for helping others makes the Remodeling Specialist an invaluable member of the Team.
Remodeling Specialists will perform majority interior construction tasks and gain a sense of accomplishment from creating something lasting. Tasks & Responsibilities:

Perform tasks as requested, efficiently
Help maintain cleanliness of jobsite
Communicate effectively and positively with crew, subcontractors, and clients
Be courteous and mindful of the client’s property
Perform daily tasks on jobsite:
Assist in loading, using, and storing tools and materials as needed each day
Help ensure site is prepared for sub-contractors and assist them as needed
Perform variety of rough and finish carpentry as project requires
Install finishes like cabinets, closet systems, millwork, and more
Maintain a safe working area and regularly clean the jobsite area
Participate in regular training and apply new skills
